JB Bassworks Vol. 1 is designed around bass sounds that serve distinct musical roles, rather than minor variations created simply to increase the preset count.
Every preset is checked for musical usefulness, playable range and consistent perceived level. The collection combines recurring JB Signature sounds with Edition Exclusives built around the UAD Minimoog’s own response, filter behaviour, feedback, modulation and performance controls.
Each sound is voiced as a finished preset for the UAD Minimoog — not created by simply copying knob positions from another plug-in.

No. The Moog Minimoog instrument runs natively on a supported macOS or Windows computer. Universal Audio hardware is not required, although Universal Audio and iLok accounts are needed to install and authorise the plug-in.

No. Preset formats are specific to their respective instruments. Separate JB Bassworks editions are available for Softube Model 72 and Arturia Mini V4.
